قُلۡ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ
Say, “He is Allah the only [God]:

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّمَدُ
“Allah the Persistent [the Consistent].
لَمۡ يَلِدۡ وَلَمۡ يُولَدۡ
“He does not give birth, nor is birth given to Him;
وَلَمۡ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدُۢ
“And there is nothing that is on par with Him.”
